questions + answers
do you only work with clients who are local to San Diego?
Nope! While the majority of my clients are planning their weddings in sunny Southern California, I love the opportunity to work with long-distance couples as well!
what is the investment for letterpress with lovelybones?
Letterpress is a meticulous print method that requires extensive time, creativity and dedication to the craft. Those who choose to move forward with this print method typically understand the process, appreciate the value of handmade goods, and are prepared to make an investment in their stationery. Wedding packages vary in cost, based on the specific items included, paper selection, number of ink colors, optional upgrades, and more.
do you offer customized day-of paper goods?
Yes! A cohesive look throughout paper goods is super important to me. I love to bring you and your guests on a journey through paper and am always down to create custom day-of goodies that complement your invitations and/or decor. Typical day of items include: vow booklets, welcome signs, programs, seating charts, menus, custom reception coasters, table numbers, escort/place cards, favor tags, and more. Whatever your style, we can make it happen.
do you only create invitations for weddings?
Nope! Whatever the occasion, I’m ready to get creative! In fact, baby showers and birthdays are amongst some of my favorite celebrations to design for outside of the wedding world.
what sort of customization is possible?
Each piece that leaves lovelybones paperie is completely custom. We start with a blank slate and carefully craft your perfect paper good(s) through conversations, mood boards, inspo pics, revisions, and more. While some printers stick to particular set designs or seasonal paper colors, I strive to create whatever makes you feel good. Ink colors, paper colors, paper types, envelopes, design layouts, fonts, wording style, etc., are all customizable.
can we meet in-person?
The majority of my clients complete their custom process through phone calls and e-mails but if you’re local to San Diego and prefer an in-person meeting, I would love to set something up so that we can say hello! One of the major reasons that I fell in love with letterpress is the tactile sensation it provides so I get REALLY excited when I can share those deep, pillowy impressions in-person.
